Returns Policy
Ours is a small boutique business, and we have a customer friendly “No Return But Exchange policy”, as per the below criteria and subject to our discretion.
No RETURN / But EXCHANGE Policy

We have strictly NO RETURN BUT EXCHANGE policy.

If you would like to exchange any item, you need to contact us on the same day of receiving your order, by sending the request to uniquechoiceboutique@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

A member of our team will confirm by email or by whatsapp if the item can be exchanged .

Items on "Promotion/ Sale/ Discount/ Offers" are not eligible for exchange.
- For Sarees, No Exchange/ No returns.

Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Upon receipt we will confirm if an exchange can be completed.

In case of exchange, customers are liable to pay for the shipping fees (for both return of original product and shipment of exchanged product). Customers are advised to track the return shipment as we will not be responsible for any items lost in the post.

You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.

Request for exchange will not be applicable if there is any physical damage (including scratches) to the product because of misuse, dropping, etc.
- In case of Full Returns upon prior acceptance, customers are liable to pay for the shipping fees (including Free Shipping Offer items) for both (return of the original product and the shipment ).
- After Clear Checking only, we dispatch the order. So we never dispatch the Faulty items.
- If found faulty, it will be exchanged with a product of the same value.
- We will not be responsible for any physical damage (including scratches) to the product made by customer because of misuse, dropping, etc. or any other purpose.
